Convex is an AI-powered economic analysis platform that provides macro intelligence, research articles, market data, economic indicators, strategy analysis, and related tools. Our content is generated by AI systems from live economic data sources and is intended for informational and educational purposes.

Certain features of the Service require a registered account. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. 9. Public API

We provide a public data API for programmatic access to certain macro-economic data. Use of the API is subject to attribution requirements as described in our developer documentation. We reserve the right to rate-limit, modify, or discontinue API access at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service, including AI-generated analysis, data visualizations, and economic indicators.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONVEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
  • Any content, analysis, data, or information obtained from the Service
  • Any investment or trading decision made in reliance on information from the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or AI-generated analysis

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Convex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability
